In a recent inspection, we achieved the highest possible award for our commitment to respect, dignity, and providing safe care. All staff have an enhanced DBS check to establish suitability to work in care and extensive training. We plan to uphold these standards and have invested heavily to ensure we offer the most efficient, cost-effective service to all our users.

Our ambulances are fully serviced and maintained in our own customised maintenance bays, giving our entire fleet the reliability necessary to carry out such an important service. All our crews are fully trained and enchanced DBS checked. We go to great lengths to ensure our crews are long serving and happy in their role, which is proven in our high employee retention that stretches back to the early 1980s. We have the highest level and quality of insurance, providing coverage up to £10 million. Being committed to patient confidentiality, we adhere to the Caldicott Principles when handling patient data and are compliant with data protection guidelines.
